Come join Chef Mike as he demonstrates the fine art of Indian Cooking. Mike has been selling out his cooking classes since arriving in Ajijic about five months ago.
Our private chef will prepare your meal while you watch and hear about the history of this flavourful, healthy and tantalizing cuisine.
Our menu for this dinner is:
- Mimosa with Sparkling Blackberry Wine or Hibiscus Tea.
- Curried Carrot and Ginger Soup with Cumin Croutons.
- North Indian Vegan Curry
- Murg Tikka (chicken)
- Basmati Rice
- Chapati (traditional flat bread)
- Carrot Halva for Dessert
Approximate time will be two to three hours.
Our bar will be open at 4pm should you wish to purchase a pre-dinner cocktail.
Limited to 10 guests.
